Sustainability Consultancy

VSME (Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard)

We provide comprehensive advisory services to help your company get started with the VSME or CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) work. We guide our clients in understanding and interpreting the ESRS standards. We also assist in conducting a double materiality assessment (DMA).

With our help, you can identify your company’s impacts, risks, and opportunities (IRO) and prepare a sustainability report in accordance with the directive.

We also advise on matters related to the sustainability of the subcontracting chain. Even if your company is not directly subject to the CSDDD (Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive), with our help you can launch sustainability work covering your entire value chain, which will ultimately take into account both the duty of care and environmental and human rights aspects. By doing so, you will stand out from other subcontractors.

EU Taxonomy

The EU Sustainable Finance Regulation sets out the criteria for sustainable financing and investment. If your company is or will be subject to taxonomy reporting, our advisory services can help you get up to speed.

We can help you identify and report the taxonomy eligibility and compliance of your products. On the other hand, if you are interested in the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) or green bonds, our advisory services can help you with those too.

Sustainability policies

With our help, you can create a sustainability policy for your company and identify the most important factors affecting the environment and climate.

We can also comprehensively review your company’s legal compliance practices, without forgetting the perspective of social responsibility.

We can advise you on how all three pillars of corporate responsibility  – ESG, that is E=environment, S= social responsibility and G= good governance  – will be comprehensively taken into account.

We can map your current state and once the most important factors have been identified, we can start setting indicators and goals together.

Setting climate and environmental targets

If you want to create separate climate and environmental targets that are suitable for your company’s operations, you can turn to us and we’ll help you to define them.

It is essential that the targets are set realistically, taking into account the company’s operating environment. This ensures that the targets and the metrics to achieve them are set in a way that is ambitious enough, but also realistic.

For other actors in the value chain, your company’s credible and transparently reported climate and environmental targets are of great value. Sustainability communications is based on trust, and therefore clear targets and the related transparent progress reporting are essential.
